Overview
REVOSOLV VR is a highly effective solubility enhancer engineered to extend oil service life by reducing the potential for varnish and deposit formation.
It efficiently dissolves oxidized by-products, including varnish and deposits, from internal surfaces of critical equipment such as oil circulation systems, compressors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
REVOSOLV VR also offers a practical alternative to labour-intensive mechanical cleaning. It is easily introduced into the existing oil prior to equipment shutdown, streamlining the maintenance process.

How to use it
- Dosage: add REVOSOLV VR to the in-service oil at a treat rate of 10%.
- Cleaning duration: allow 7 to 14 days of operation, depending on the severity of contamination.
- For less severe cases, a 5% treat rate may be applied, with a proportionally extended cleaning period.
